1. Registrant Obligations
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the domain
registration
- You agree to promptly update your contact information within seven (7) days of any
change.
- You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to register the domain name
and that your use of the domain does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
2. Registrar Rights and
Responsibilities

We may cancel, suspend, or transfer a domain name registration if:
- Required by ICANN policy or registry operator;
- Ordered by a court or arbitration panel;
- You fail to comply with this Agreement.
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from domain expiration, suspension, or
cancellation.
- We will provide access to your account for managing domain settings, including DNS,
contact updates, renewals, and transfers.
3. Consent to Data Use

You agree that your registration data may be shared with:
- ICANN and registry operators
- Law enforcement or other authorities, when legally required
- Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable
data protection laws.
4. Renewal and Expiration
- Domain names are registered for a fixed term and must be renewed prior to
expiration.
- If the domain is not renewed, it will enter an Auto-Renew Grace Period and then a
Redemption Grace Period, during which recovery may incur additional fees.
5. Domain Transfers
- You may transfer your domain to another registrar in accordance with ICANN's
Transfer Policy.
- An auth-code and unlocked status are required for outbound transfers.
6. Domain Abuse and Suspension

You agree not to use the domain name for any unlawful activity, including but not
limited to:
- Phishing
- Distribution of malware
- Spamming
- Child exploitation or terrorism-related content
- We reserve the right to investigate abuse complaints and take necessary actions,
including domain suspension or deletion.
7. Dispute Resolution

You agree to be bound by:
- Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP)
- Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) as adopted by ICANN and incorporated into
this Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including
but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have
been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We may terminate this Agreement if:
- You breach any part of this Agreement;
- ICANN or the registry operator terminates our accreditation;
- Required by law or regulation.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless
superseded by applicable ICANN policies.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use of our services after
changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with ICANN's policies and any registry-specific rules, constitutes
the entire understanding between you and PT Senyum Diskon Indonesia regarding the
registration and use of domain names.
