Handling Process
- Report Intake – We accept abuse reports from law enforcement, consumer protection agencies, and other authorized authorities.
- Prompt Review – Each report is reviewed by our Compliance & Abuse Response Team without unnecessary delay.
- Appropriate Action – Depending on findings, actions may include suspension, DNS updates, escalation to the hosting provider, or referral to law enforcement.
- Close & Notify – If validated, actions may include suspending/locking the domain, referring the case to the hosting provider, or coordinating with relevant authorities.
